A Venue like no other
Surrounded by rolling vines and the tranquil beauty of the Essex coast, Mersea Island Vineyard is the perfect backdrop for life’s special moments. Whether you’re planning an intimate wedding, a milestone celebration, or a corporate event, our vineyard offers a truly unforgettable setting.
On site we have two seperate venues, which are perfect for an event with up to 200 guests. We are fully licensed for civil cermonies, and offer catering as well.
If you would like your own caterers then this is also not a problem.
The Vineyard Barn is perfect for smaller events. inside you can sit up to 40 guests for a meal, or if you are getting married then then the Barn can host up to 100 guests for the ceremony. The Barn is available for use all year round, and 7 days a week.

Our marquee is perfect for events with guests up to 200 people. It has the perfect balance between classy and rustic, and hosts views of the vineyard from the lawn and patio area.

Both venues have a fully licensed bar where we serve a range of beers, wines, spirits and soft drinks. Please note that our stock may change from season to season.
